Refund & Exchange Policy
We understand that from time to time you might want to refund or exchange an item
Whilst we are here to help we just ask that you follow the below guidelines in order to help you.

Items must be returned in the original packaging with all labels, tags, etc, still intact.

Any non faulty items that have been worn, marked, soiled, with strong smells or are not in the above conditions will be returned to you at your expense.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Free return in store or postage at the buyer's expense.

Non faulty items will be returned at the buyers expense

All refund/exchanges are at the discretion of the seller.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any SALE, reduced or clearance items are eligible for an exchange or gift card only. No refunds will be given. Items must be returned in saleable condition with all tags within 7 days of purchase. Free to exchange in store or return postage at the buyer's expense.
